VIDEX ARMS Ltd. is one of the few companies in Bulgaria with proven capability to execute blasting and engineering works in the most demanding and high-risk sites in the country. Established in 2001, the company is now among the recognized leaders in the sector and a preferred partner for key infrastructure, mining, and industrial projects of national significance.

From the very beginning, one of our core activities has been work in stone quarries, where we gained practical experience in fragmentation optimization, slope stability, and extraction efficiency. This long-standing experience has formed the foundation of our development and enabled us to expand our expertise into complex infrastructure and specialized projects.

Eng. Diana Mitkova is a leader who believes that true strength lies in responsibility, professionalism, and a clear vision for the future.

She has nearly 20 years of experience in the drilling and blasting industry – a sector where discipline and high standards are essential.

She graduated from the University of Mining and Geology with a specialization in “Explosives Production” and also holds a degree in economics, combining engineering precision with strategic management.

At VIDEX ARMS, she has built a working model based on professionalism and integrity – two principles she considers non-negotiable. Her consistent leadership style has positioned the company as a stable and preferred partner in the industry.

Under her management, VIDEX ARMS has participated in key national infrastructure projects – highways, tunnels, railway lines, and energy facilities that have a real impact on society and the country’s development. Her work has been recognized by both partners and the professional community, with features in publications such as Forbes, Manager, and Ikonomika, as well as awards including “Woman of the Year”, “Business Progress and Corporate Identity”, and “Brand of the Year – VIDEX ARMS”.
